Click on the Order Form
tab on the Navigation Bar above. Follow the instructions adding quantity
in field for the desired lunch selection. Each Lunch Selection includes
your choose of snack and beverage. Once completed with your order click
the "View Order Summary" button at the bottom of the order form.
Once your have reviewed
your order, confirm your order, form of payment, and contact information,
including for which date the order will be for.
Upon receiving your
order, a Garden Fresh associate shall contact you to confirm your first
order and confirm payment method.
Can
I order for the week?
Yes. Simply complete
an order for each day of the week, by date. Garden Fresh shall process
payment using your credit card at the end of each week.

we fax or phone orders in.?
Yes. You may call
