Notice to Parents -

School Cancellation Policy. Any order placed for a Day that School as been cancelled, will also cancel the order and no billing will take place for that order.

Meal Selections

All orders must be placed by 8:15am for same day delivery at 11:15am.

• To place an order input the numeral "1" in the Quantity box next to the desired Meal below.
• Be sure to choose a Bread, Spread, and/or Garnish item for desired your Sandwich Meal.
• Be sure to choose a Snack and Beverage item.
• Select "View Order Summary" tab below to confirm your order. The "Review Your Order" page will display.
• Please use the "Additional Comments / Special Instructions" box in the "Review Your Order" summary field should you wish to repeat this order each week or for payment instructions such as billing your credit card monthly.
• Payment Method shall be Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Your first time using the Daily Lunch Order Form, please select the Credit Card option. An associate from Garden Fresh shall call within 24 hours prior to your delivery date to review/confirm your order and payment information.
• An order slip shall be attached to each order and delivered by 11:15am each day.
• BE SURE TO CLICK THE "CONFIRM ORDER" BUTTON AFTER YOU HAVE FINALIZED YOUR ORDER
• After you have placed the order, Garden Fresh will send a "Confirmation Email" by 9:00 am of the Order Day.
• PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU DO NOT RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL REGARDING YOUR ORDER...THEN YOU CAN ASSUME YOUR ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED.
